Skeens Law represents parents and students on a wide range of education-related matters including but not limited to: bullying, sexual harassment, freedom of religion, freedom of expression, search and seizure, LGBTQ discrimination, disability rights (ADA and 504 matters), and student discipline. Skeens Law takes cases at all levels of the educational spectrum, from kindergarten all the way through post-secondary.
